Treasurer

Hayley Roisum – The Toro Company

In 2010 I worked for Becker Furniture world in Blaine as Point of Sale clerk. In 2011 I was transferred to manage the main distribution center in Becker, MN. There I interfaced with customers daily, managed the front desk, and warehouse staff. Creating SOP’s for both departments making their process as efficient and main stream as possible.
I started working at Superior Brokerage Services (SBS) in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. Shortly thereafter I was transferred to the imports division as an Ocean Import Coordinator. There I was managing and monitoring a variety of customers. Analyzing shipments and providing the customer with updates daily. I would coordinate expedites and deliveries to their facilities. As well as submit information and work with the CBP. In 2015 I was given the opportunity to change rolls to be the On-site Account Manager for one of our customer’s The Toro Company. There I am coordinating and managing all their ocean and air, imports and exports. As the liaison for both parties I have extensive interaction and communication with Toro’s buyers, planners and receiving departments. Along with daily communication with Toro suppliers and our overseas agents.

Some of my strengths are my attention to detail, social networking, event planning, teamwork, and my drive and determination. All of which I believe will be valued and beneficial to the Transportation Club Board of Directors.

When I am not in the office some of my hobbies are going to the gym, yoga, snowmobiling and being out on the lake.
