Dan Nelsen – Wayzata Home Products

Dan is currently working as the Global Logistics Manager for Wayzata Home Products – parent company of Cliqstudios Cabinets which you may have seen on the DIY Channel. He has worked in various roles in logistics/transportation and warehouse management for the past 15 years and has handled many types of transportation in his career, from mail piece to ocean container. Dan previously led the transportation team at Archway Marketing Services and also held leadership positions in client services, operations, and call centers during his tenure. Dan holds a B.S. in Management and Finance from Metropolitan State University.
Dan was elected to the board of directors of the Transportation Club of Minneapolis & St. Paul in October, 2014, and was elected to Vice President in August, 2015.
Dan lives in Maple Lake, is married to wife Kristin of 14 years and has 2 daughters (Haley, 9 and Edith, 4). He spends his free time reading, recording music, playing with the kids, and sometimes running a home-based vintage housewares business.

Ryan Williams – Williams & Associates, Inc.

Ryan is the Assistant Vice President of Freight Payment Support and Customer Service with Williams & Associates, Inc. He has spent 8 years at this family business working in various roles such as Customer Service and Customer Service Manager. During this time Ryan has had the opportunity to work with a variety of people with unique communication skills and abilities and levels of expertise. He studied at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and is a current Board Member of the Transportation Club of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Ryan interests include: biking, hiking, camping, cooking, traveling, innovation, technology and networking.


Jennifer Herzog – Grounded Air Transport, Inc

Jen has over 12 years experience in the transportation industry and is the Vice President of Grounded Air Transport, Inc. GAT is a local carrier specializing in time sensitive, same day delivery with in the Twin Cities & surrounding area. They have a fleet of courier vans, dock trucks, tractor trailers and can handle all of your transportation needs.

Jen is on her second term with the board and is an active supporter of the Children’s hospital. She is also on the Networking Happy Hour committee.

Jen has a son Gavin, 9, who keeps her busy with sports throughout the year and they love spending time in the outdoors fishing & hunting!

Mike Norton – Railbox Consulting

Mike Norton serves as President of Railbox Consulting, a multi-service logistics consulting firm specializing in shipping container industries of intermodal services and portable storage. Prior to Railbox Consulting, Norton was Director of Business Strategy for the Big Blue Box family of companies in the Twin Cities. Norton has also worked at Mobile Mini (Nasdaq: MINI) where he won awards for Highest Growth Branch North America in 2014, and Salesperson of the Year in 2011. Norton got his start in the logistics world by working for his uncles' semi-trailer sales business: Great Western Leasing, and his father's trucking company: SLT Express Way. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and daughter.

Eric Sieve – Dedicated Logistics Services

Eric has been in the transportation industry for 10 years. His current position is with Dedicated Logistics out of Oakdale, MN as a Director of Sales. The Wintz family owned company is the 3rd largest trucking company in Minnesota. Combining the best practices and resources of a 3PL with and asset based fleet of over 900 + trucks helps Dedicated Logistics uniquely position itself within the marketplace. With both traditional and blended asset based service offerings, our customers have access to a wide array of solutions no matter how complex the problem.

Eric is serving his first term on the board. He enjoys attending the monthly luncheons and spearheading the annual golf outing.

He resides in Plymouth, MN, with his wife Marissa and daughter Riley. He enjoys hunting and any type of sports.

Dave Weakly – King Solutions

25 year veteran of the transportation industry. He started his career in 1989 as a management trainee for Consolidated Freightways, and then joined Yellow Freight for 16 years, spending most of his time in operations management. In 2009 he began working at King Solutions as a business development manager. King Solutions is a full service logistics provider based in Dayton, MN.
Dave also served in Desert Storm in 1992 and has three kids ages 18, 20 and 22. He lives in Champlin, MN and enjoys working out, outdoor activities and watching most any kind of sports.

Denise Dvoracek – eShipping

Denise Dvoracek graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science. While finishing school, Denise worked as an Account Executive for Dynamex. After graduation, Denise accepted a position with DC-Group, Inc. as National Sales Executive before moving to C.H. Robinson in 2011. In the role of Strategic Sales Consultant, Denise developed customized LTL, TL, Intermodal, Air, and Ocean freight solutions for clients. She then went on to work in Global Sales for Morrison Express Corp where she focused on international business development, providing clients with the critical expertise needed to successfully manage their international transportation.
Denise joined eShipping in 2015 as International Sales Executive and is currently responsible for new business development in the Minnesota territory for the company’s international product lines, including air and ocean freight forwarding, international freight bill and audit, and customs brokerage. In 2015.
Denise currently resides in Andover, Minnesota with her husband, Byron, and their youngest son, Matt.

Troy Hudson, Werner Enterprises - Regional Account Executive for Mn, ND, and SD

26 years in the Logistics and Supply Chain Sales concentrating on Domestic and International Transportation (TL, LTL, IM, Expedited, Air, and Ocean) , Vendor Management, Warehousing & Consolidation, Project Based Logistics, Single Source Freight Management, and Dedicated conversion from Private Fleets

Served in the US Army and Active in outside sports such as Volleyball, Motorcycle Track Racing and boating.

Fateem Sutton – Michael Foods Inc. – Transportation Project and Systems Manager

Fateem Sutton, Michael Foods Inc. – Transportation Project and Systems Manager

14 years in the Transportation and Logistics industry. Currently working as a Transportation Project and Systems Manager at Michael Foods, Inc. a leading food processor and distributor with business in egg products, refrigerated grocery and potato products. Prior to coming to Michael Foods Fateem worked at Valspar, Target and CH Robinson each position within the Transportation/Logistics world. Fateem studied Transportation Logistics, International Business and Spanish at Iowa State University.

Fateem is very active, enjoys running and yoga. She lives in Apple Valley with her husband Mike and 2 young daughters that keep them busy.

Danielle Kasen – Logistics Planning Services

Danielle is currently working at Logistics Planning Services in a Director of Business Development role. LPS is a full service transportation and technology provider based out of Woodbury, MN. She started in the industry at 16 years old working for her family’s trucking company Mach 1 Transportation, then went on to a 15 year career at CH Robinson in business development.
She has served two prior terms on the board, and is excited to serve again, and head up the Children’s Hospital committee.
Danielle has 1 son who is in many sports. She enjoys spending time with him, watching his games, and enjoying their active life in Excelsior, MN.

Mike Pahlman – The Toro Company

Mike Pahlman, The Toro Company – Global Transportation Manager

Mike has been in the logistics industry for 19 years. He currently oversees all transportation (TL, LTL, fleet, intermodal, small package, air and ocean) at The Toro Company as the Global Transportation Manager. He has spent the majority of his career working for Menlo Logistics and The Toro Company. Mike received his BS in Business Administration from Moorhead State University in 1997.

Mike enjoys working on his house, tinkering on projects and watching the Vikings and the Wild. He lives in Farmington (seriously, it’s a suburb) with his wife Marlena, son Connor and daughter Leighla.
